Why energy work?

We are all made up of our physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic body. Each of these levels are impacted by things that happen to us, including trauma. Our energetic body can hold imprints of things that happened to us. By unwinding and releasing those imprints, we can move forward in living life with more ease. Energy work can help remove blocks, shift patterns, bring back essences of ourselves lost during trauma, and help us live a more balanced life. From that more balanced place, we can more easily dream in what we want and consciously co-create our lives.

The Importance of Ceremony

Western culture has lost many of the traditions around celebrating transitions. When we honor what is happening in our lives, we can be more in balance with everything and others. Ceremony can be useful in helping us release what no longer serves, call in what we want instead, and celebrating life transitions like births, weddings, graduations, divorces, retirements etc. Ceremony can also be an important tool in handling grief in a more conscious and respectful manner that can help promote healing.

Kai Mountain Energy?

Kai is the Hawaiian word for “sea” or “sea water”. Water is a vital element in our lives and in our healing. It helps us remember to flow. Water can be as symbolic as the stillness of a lake reflecting the trees, as forceful as rapids reshaping the mountains, a reminder that it is easier to float than fight waves, and incredibly nourishing.

Mountains represent a depth of wisdom. They have been around for millennium, shifting, growing, shrinking, and remembering. They are sacred witnesses with much to teach us. They offer lessons in grounding and stillness.

Together, water and mountains represent our ability to flow in our lives with wisdom and grace, often deeper than the eye can see.
